SneezeSense: Allergy Diary
Log allergy symptoms in seconds, then see which exposures line up with your worst days. Season overlays, a medication diary, and an allergist PDF. Syncs with iCloud.
Download on theApp StoreSneezeSense is an allergy and symptom diary for anyone trying to work out what sets them off. Log how your day felt, tap what you were around, and let SneezeSense show you the patterns. It is a personal tracking tool to share with your doctor, not medical advice or a diagnosis.
Everything lives on your device and in your private iCloud, and syncs across your iPhone and iPad. No account, no ads, no tracking.
Log in Seconds
Rate the day from 0 to 10, tap the symptoms bothering you (sneezing, congestion, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, throat, cough, skin), and add a note. An optional daily reminder nudges you at a time you pick.
Note Your Exposures
Outdoors (high pollen, grass, trees, ragweed, mold), pets (cat, dog), foods (dairy, nuts, shellfish, alcohol), and indoor irritants (dust, smoke, perfume, cleaning products). Tap what applied and skip the rest.
See What Lines Up with Your Worst Days
SneezeSense compares your average severity on days you noted an exposure against days you did not, and ranks the ones that line up with worse days: "High pollen days average 8.8 of 10, versus 5.9 without." It also surfaces the notes that come up most often on your bad days. New: a severity calendar, exposure by exposure exploration, a season over season comparison, and a medication relief trend.
Season Overlay
Your daily severity is drawn with the seasons behind it, so a spring that runs hard or a calmer winter is clear at a glance. Per-season averages sit right below the chart.
A Medication Diary (log Only)
Record what you took (antihistamine, nasal spray, eye drops, decongestant, inhaler) and the relief you noted, then see the average relief per medication over time. It is a log to bring to your doctor, never a dose or a recommendation.
The Allergist Visit Pdf
Export a one-page summary for a doctor: a severity overview, severity by season, the exposures that line up with worse days, the notes most common on bad days, your most frequent symptoms, and the medications you logged. A full CSV export ships alongside it.
Private by Design
No account and no tracking. Your log stays on your devices and your private iCloud.
