Scope and responsibility

InnovaLabWorks is responsible for the information we handle through this website and our support services. Our apps have different features. Read the privacy notice linked inside your app for its storage, permissions, optional services and retention details. This general notice does not mean every app uses every service below.

Your app records

Many apps keep records on your device. Some also offer synchronization through your private Apple iCloud account. Other optional features, including online AI tools, send the content needed to provide the feature to a service provider. Check the app-specific notice before using those features. Sending a support message or exporting a file can also send information outside your device. Deleting an app does not necessarily delete iCloud copies, exports or support records.

Support and requests

When you contact us through an app or this website, we receive the contact details, message and any attachments you choose to submit. Depending on the form, a request may also include the app version, device or operating-system information and diagnostics described on that form. We use this information to handle your request, troubleshoot and prevent abuse. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive records. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and communications

We use service providers to operate these services, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, ClickUp for support tickets and Brevo for support email. They process the information needed for those services. Support messages can include delivery and open tracking to help us follow up; an image load is not proof that a person read the message. Providers may process information outside Quebec and Canada. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising profiles. The app-specific notice explains additional providers used by optional app features.

Purchases and newsletters

Apple processes App Store purchases. We do not receive your payment-card number. Apple supplies sales reports and purchase information needed for reporting and access to paid features. The exact purchase handling is described in the app. If you separately subscribe to product news, we use your email for that purpose. You can unsubscribe using the link in those messages.

Retention, security and children

Retention depends on the purpose, the app-specific notice and applicable legal obligations. Support records may be needed to resolve a request, maintain service history or address a dispute; they are not automatically deleted when you uninstall an app. We use access controls and service-provider safeguards, but no system is risk-free. Children should not send personal information through our support or website forms without appropriate adult involvement. An app-specific notice explains any age-related requirements.

Your choices and privacy contact

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an unresolved dispute. To reach our Privacy Officer, use the contact form and select or mention Privacy. We respond to privacy requests within the applicable legal period, generally 30 days for access or correction requests in Quebec. You may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. We update the date above when this notice changes.

Optional website measurement

All optional first-party website measurement stays off until you choose Accept all or enable Website analytics in Manage settings. Reject optional is equally available. With analytics enabled, we record pageviews and actions, coarse country and device type, and referral category. We do not record form contents, search text, URL query strings or full browser strings in measurement events. Daily browser counting is a separate choice that uses a random identifier renewed each UTC day; it is not a fingerprint and does not identify a unique person. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for optional measurement. Your choice expires after six months. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change or withdraw it. Withdrawal stops future events and removes the daily identifier from that browser. Measurement events, including daily identifiers where permitted, expire after 30 days. Known-bot filtering is imperfect; reports distinguish available bot signals and only measure consenting browsers. We keep daily statistical summaries without browser identifiers for long-term trend history. These summaries have no automatic expiry and remain after individual measurement events expire.

Cookies, storage and security

We store the privacy choice and requested appearance preference in browser storage to operate those controls. An optional daily ID is created only with its separate permission. Our measurement code does not durably store raw IP addresses or create advertising profiles. Cloudflare still processes technical request information for hosting and security. A short-lived in-memory IP burst limit protects the measurement endpoint; it is not stored in measurement records.
