BodyRise Calisthenics
Turn a goal like your first pull-up into a leveled plan. Form cue cards, level tests, reps and hold logging, a hold timer, streaks, and records. No gym needed.
Download on theApp StoreProgression trees from your first pushup to a muscle-up. No gym needed, just a bar and a floor.
BodyRise turns a big goal into a leveled ladder you can actually climb. Pick a skill, work the step you are on, pass its test, and move up. Every rep, hold, and level is logged, so the work adds up into a history you can see.
What you get:
- Skill progression trees. Eight bodyweight skills across Push, Pull, Core, Legs, and Balance, each a ladder of levels from a beginner variation to the named skill.
- Level tests per skill. Every level has a pass or fail test with a clear target, so you know exactly when to move up.
- Session logging with reps and holds. Log each set as reps or as a timed hold, add a note, and build your history.
- Hold timers with haptics. A built-in timer counts your isometric holds, taps out the last five seconds, and buzzes at the target.
- Streaks and milestones. A training streak keeps you honest, and a milestone feed marks every level cleared and record set.
- Form cue cards. Short coaching cues on every step so your reps stay clean.
- Progress charts. Weekly training bars and a best-set trend for every skill.
- Rest timer. Quick 60, 90, or 120 second rests inside the session log, with a buzz when the next set is due.
- Weekly session goal. Set a target and watch the ring fill as the week's sessions land.
- Ready-to-test calls. When you hit your step's target twice in a row, the coach tells you it is test day.
- Plateau watch. Spots the tracks that stopped moving and suggests a deload week to break the stall.
- Repeat last session. One tap prefills your last session's sets so logging takes seconds.
- Syncs across iPhone and iPad with iCloud.
Free and Pro:
- Free includes one full progression track from first level to mastery: logging, level tests, the rest and hold timers, the weekly goal, streaks, and milestones.
- Pro unlocks all eight skills, the ready-to-test calls, the plateau watch, repeat last session, plus a CSV export of your full training log and a printable PDF progression report.
