RehabReps: Home Exercises
Enter the home program your physio gave you, then do it: guided sessions with hold timers, an honest adherence calendar, and a pain trend for your next visit.
Download on theApp StoreRehabReps is the simple way to do the home exercise program your physiotherapist or professional gave you, and to keep an honest record of how it is going.
You enter your own plan. RehabReps does not prescribe exercises or tell you what to do. It takes the sheet from your clinic and turns it into a guided daily session and a clean record for your next appointment.
Build Your Program
Enter each exercise the way your sheet lists it: sets, reps or a timed hold, the side (left, right, or both), and a resistance note like green band or 2 kg. Group exercises into phases, for example Weeks 1-2 and Weeks 3-4, reorder them, and add a note straight from your physio.
A Guided Daily Session
Tap start and do one exercise at a time. Holds get a big countdown with a tone and a haptic at zero, so you can look away and still know when to stop. Reps get a large counter you can tap as you go. Rest timers run between sets. Skip or stop any time. At the end you log pain from 0 to 10, difficulty from 1 to 5, and a quick note.
An Honest Calendar
A month grid shows planned versus done at a glance: full days, partial days, and missed days, without hiding the gaps. See your adherence for the period and your current streak.
A Summary for Your Next Appointment
RehabReps compiles your recent sessions, your pain trend, your records, and your notes into a clean PDF you can share, plus a copy-to-clipboard version and a CSV of every session for a spreadsheet. Everything your physio needs to see how the plan is going, in one place.
Session History and Progress
Open your full session history, filter to the days with notes or the tough ones, and tap any session to read it back or fix a pain rating, difficulty, or note. A progress card shows your sessions done, your longest streak, and your total active minutes.
Reminders
Turn on one gentle daily reminder at a time you choose, so your program does not slip.
Free and Pro
Free includes one full program, the complete builder, the full session player, reminders, and your last two weeks of history. RehabReps Pro unlocks multiple programs, one-tap program duplication for the other side or a family member, your full session history behind the calendar, and the appointment summary as PDF and CSV. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy.
Private by Design
Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no tracking, and the privacy label is simply Data Not Collected.
Informational Only
RehabReps is a personal logbook. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or exercise prescriptions. Every exercise, set, rep, and hold is one you entered from your own professional's plan. If an exercise causes pain beyond what your professional told you to expect, stop and check with them.
