This Privacy Policy explains how InnovaLabWorks handles information in our apps and on this website. The idea is simple: our apps are built to keep your data in your hands.
We do not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use our apps. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone, and we do not use advertising trackers.
The entries you make (records, logs, notes, photos, and similar content) are stored on your device using Apple's on-device database. If you turn on iCloud, Apple keeps a private copy in your own iCloud account so your devices stay in sync. We do not run servers that store this content and we cannot see it. Every app includes a "Delete All My Data" control that erases it.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only aggregate sales reports. We never receive your card number or payment details.
This site uses lightweight, first-party analytics to count page views and basic actions so we can improve it. It does not build advertising profiles and does not follow you across other sites.
Our apps collect nothing, but this website has a few forms you can choose to use: the contact form, the feature wishlist, and the newsletter signup. When you use one, you give us the details you type, which means your email address, and for the contact form your name and message. We use them only for the thing you asked for: to reply to you, to weigh your feature request, or to send you occasional product news if you subscribed. We never sell or rent them and we never add you to a list you did not ask for. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time through the contact form.
Most of our apps run fully on your device. A few offer optional features that send content you choose to a cloud service to perform a task (for example, Curriq can send resume text to generate or translate a document). When an app does this, it is described inside that app. This is the only time your content leaves your device, and only for the content and the moment you choose.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Because your data lives on your device and in your private iCloud, you stay in control: you can view, edit, export where offered, and delete it at any time, including with the in-app "Delete All My Data" control. For any privacy question, access request, or complaint, you can reach the person responsible for the protection of personal information at InnovaLabWorks through our contact form. We respond within 30 days.
