Our privacy promise

This Privacy Policy explains how InnovaLabWorks handles information in our apps and on this website. The idea is simple: our apps are built to keep your data in your hands.

Information we do not use for advertising

Most apps do not require an InnovaLabWorks account or ask for contact details just to use their core features. We do not sell or rent personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use advertising trackers. Optional forms and cloud features disclose what they send and can use service providers only for the stated purpose, as detailed in the app-specific Privacy Policy.

Data you create in the apps

The entries you make, such as records, logs, notes, photos, and similar content, are stored on your device. When an app offers iCloud sync and you use it, Apple keeps a private copy in your own iCloud account so your devices can stay in sync. We do not run servers that store this app content and we cannot see it. You can remove records using the controls available in that app. Deleting an app removes its local data; data kept in your iCloud account is managed through that app or your Apple account settings.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. An app can receive product and entitlement status needed to show offers, unlock features, and restore purchases, and InnovaLabWorks receives sales reports. We never receive your full card number or payment card details.

This website

This site uses lightweight, first-party analytics to count page views and basic actions so we can improve it. It does not build advertising profiles and does not follow you across other sites.

When you contact us or subscribe

Some apps and this website offer optional support, contact, feature wishlist, or newsletter forms. When you choose to submit one, we receive the fields and any diagnostics disclosed before submission. We use them only for the request you made, never sell or rent them, and never add you to a list you did not request. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe. Each app's official support page links to its app-specific Privacy Policy at innovalabworks.com/a/, which describes the exact fields, service providers, and retention for that app.

Apps with optional cloud features

Most of our apps run primarily on your device. Some use private Apple services or optional cloud features, and some offer a support form that sends the fields disclosed before submission. When an app sends content to perform a task, it is described inside that app and in its app-specific Privacy Policy. That app-specific policy is authoritative for the data flows of that app.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights and Quebec Law 25

You stay in control of the data you create in our apps. You can view, edit, export where offered, and remove it using the controls available in that app. For any privacy question, access request, deletion request concerning information you sent to us, or complaint, you can reach the person responsible for the protection of personal information at InnovaLabWorks through our contact form. We respond within 30 days.
