Each evening, ThreeGoods gives you three numbered slots. Fill them with whatever went well, however small: a slow coffee, a good walk, a kind word, a book finished in the sun. Add a closing line if you like. That is it. A minute, and the day is kept.
What Makes It More Than a Note
- Three-slot daily entry. A guided, calm place for your three good things, not a blank page.
- Streaks with grace days. Keep a streak going, and a single missed day is forgiven, so one busy evening never erases your run.
- Gentle evening reminder. An optional, quiet nudge at the time you choose. No badges nagging you, no guilt.
- Monthly gratitude themes. ThreeGoods reads your own words and shows the themes you keep coming back to, with a weekly chart of the good things you have kept.
- On This Day. Look back on what you were grateful for on this date in earlier years.
- Private Face ID lock. Keep your gratitude behind Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Off by default, on when you want it.
- Kept forever, everywhere. Your gratitude syncs across your iPhone and iPad with iCloud, and it is yours alone.

No account of ours, no ads, no tracking. Your entries live on your device and in your own private iCloud. We never see them.
Free and Pro
ThreeGoods is free to use every day. The daily three good things and your most recent 21 days are always free. ThreeGoods Pro opens your full history, the On This Day lookbacks across the years, and the Gratitude Book: a printable PDF keepsake of everything you have kept, plus a CSV.
Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one time lifetime unlock. The current price is shown in the app and on this page before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
