PerchList is a fast field log and a growing life list for birders. Note a sighting in seconds, and PerchList turns your logs into a life list with the date you first saw each species, a year list, and a picture of how your birding is going.
What you can do
- Log a sighting in seconds. Pick from a built-in checklist of common birds or add your own, then set the count, the place, the date, and a photo.
- Keep a life list that grows. Every species you log joins your life list with its first-seen date, deduped automatically so the same bird never shows twice.
- Journal your outings with weather. Group the birds from a walk with the place, the conditions, and the temperature.
- Track target birds by season. Keep a wish list for spring, summer, fall, and winter; a target ticks off the moment you log it.
- Compare your year list to your life list. See how this year stacks up, your life list growth curve, new species by month, and your top month.
- Export your records. Send your sightings and life list to CSV, or save a printable life list report.
- Syncs across iPhone and iPad with iCloud.
