By using Rangeline ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
Rangeline converts legal land descriptions (Legal Subdivisions, sections, townships, ranges, and NTS blocks) to and from map coordinates. All coordinates, map positions, and conversions are reference estimates derived from public government survey data and computation. They are not authoritative legal boundaries, title information, or professional land-surveying advice, and they must not be used to establish property lines.
Always confirm a location against official land-survey records, and with a licensed land surveyor, before relying on it for any legal, property, drilling, excavation, construction, safety, or navigation-critical decision. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, damages, or decisions arising from your use of the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the app store's terms. Installation and use of the Rangeline iOS application is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula).
Rangeline is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription. Your purchase is billed through your App Store account. Prices may vary by region.
Your legal descriptions, favourites, and history are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. See our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update the App and these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
