Agreement. KeysDaily is provided by InnovaLabWorks, 9547-8715 Quebec Inc. By using it, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service. KeysDaily is a personal piano practice record with a timer, editable session history, routines, statistics and scale progress alongside performance dates, requirements, freshness windows, self-judgements, tempo and subdivision. Practice time is not evidence that a musical requirement is ready. It is a practice aid, not a substitute for a teacher, examination syllabus, or professional instruction.
Free and Pro access. Free access includes one active performance date, up to six attached items, two saved practice routines, the reference, timer, editable sessions, statistics and scale progress. Existing routines remain usable above the free creation limit, and history recovery export remains free. Pro removes creation limits and opens the daily reminder, readiness and practice-report PDFs, and proof, music, session and repertoire spreadsheets. If Pro becomes inactive, existing practice records remain readable and editable. A daily reminder already enabled before version 2.0 remains available without Pro.
Purchases. Pro may be offered as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time Lifetime purchase. The first Skip on an installation may show one follow-up screen. If Apple confirms introductory-offer eligibility, it offers the separate monthly introductory product; otherwise it shows a regular option without introductory wording. No thanks continues into the free app. Every purchase option unlocks the same Pro features. Apple shows the exact price, currency, billing period, renewal price, and any eligible offer before confirmation. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in Apple Account settings. Lifetime does not renew. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Private iCloud and files. Practice records can sync through the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account. InnovaLabWorks cannot read that private database. Readiness PDFs, practice-report PDFs, spreadsheets and history recovery files are created only when you request them and go only where you choose to share or save them.
Availability and warranty. iCloud, notifications, purchases, exports, and App Store services can be interrupted. The app is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. InnovaLabWorks is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
