GoalJars Terms of Use
Updated October 9, 2026
Provider and applicable agreement
GoalJars is provided by InnovaLabWorks / 9547-8715 Quebec Inc. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies alongside these app-specific terms. A direct link to that agreement is available below. Features described here depend on your installed version. Features introduced in 2.0.0 become available when you update to that version.
Manual records and estimates
You enter and review the amounts yourself. GoalJars records savings activity and estimates funding pace from your entries and selected settings. Planned contributions and scenarios are distinct from recorded money. The app does not hold, transfer or invest funds, connect to a bank or provide professional financial advice. Estimates are not guarantees of a future balance or completion date.
Free use and Pro access
The app explains its current free allowance and Pro features before purchase. Existing records and legitimate prior paid rights are preserved; eligible earlier installs retain their prior free allowance. Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime and eligible introductory products unlock the same Pro features. Apple determines purchase eligibility and verified access. Use Restore Purchases to recover available purchases through your Apple Account.
Subscriptions and Lifetime
The App Store displays the current localized price and purchase terms before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your Apple Account subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. An introductory price, when eligible and offered, applies for the disclosed introductory period and then renews at the full displayed price. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Collaboration and Family Sharing
Sharing is deliberate and limited to selected jars. Each person needs valid Pro access to start or accept collaboration and use contribution features. Eligible Apple Family Sharing can provide that access without a separate purchase. Family entitlement never automatically shares records or gives permission to join a jar. Owners control participant roles and can remove access; participants can leave. Viewing or retaining existing history does not guarantee continued access after revocation.
Your records and recovery
Keep your entries accurate and recovery files safe. Exports and backups may include private notes and photos. Changes to shared records can wait for an available connection, and conflicting edits may require review. Corrections retain their audit history. Imported backups do not transfer another person's share permissions or Apple purchase entitlement. Removing shared access cannot recall copies already exported or retained by someone else.
Availability and responsibility
Apple services, your network and device settings can affect purchases, sync, invitations and notifications. The app is provided as available, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use Contact Support when a record, purchase or recovery needs attention.
Changes and contact
Material app-specific policy changes are presented for review in the app and the current documents remain available in Settings. Contact InnovaLabWorks through Contact Support or the app-specific support page. These terms do not replace Apple's Standard EULA.
