Agreement. FeteList is provided by InnovaLabWorks, 9547-8715 Quebec Inc. By using it, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service. FeteList is a personal party-planning tool for guests, menus, shopping, tasks, cue times, local reminders, exports, and post-party notes. You are responsible for the records you enter and the decisions you make from them.
Free and Pro access. For new parties in version 2.0, free access includes one party and two guest entries. Pro opens additional parties and guests, table and shopping tools, preparation and day-of planning, reusable copies, local cue reminders, and PDF or CSV export. Earlier saved records and complete-party allowances remain accessible. If Pro becomes inactive, existing records remain available and editable. FeteList does not delete or lock away an existing party because Pro access ended.
Purchases. Pro may be offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Apple shows the exact price, currency, period, taxes, and any eligible introductory offer before confirmation. Apple processes the transaction. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in Apple Account settings. Lifetime does not renew. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Private iCloud and deletion. Party records are stored locally and can sync through the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account. InnovaLabWorks cannot read that private database. Delete All My Data removes local records immediately and requests private iCloud deletion, which can require a network connection and time to finish syncing.
Reminders and planning limits. Notifications are scheduled locally by iOS and can arrive late or not at all because of device settings, power state, or operating-system behaviour. FeteList is not a caterer, allergy or food-safety service, emergency service, accountant, financial adviser, lawyer, or medical provider. Verify allergies, food handling, venue rules, costs, timing, accessibility, supervision, and safety with the appropriate people and professionals.
Support and privacy. Support details are sent only when you choose Send through Cloudflare to InnovaLabWorks support, normally stored as a ClickUp case, and temporarily buffered in Cloudflare before delivery. Unconfirmed messages and duplicate-prevention delivery receipts can remain for up to 90 days. Party records are not attached. FeteList has no advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
Availability and warranty. Apple services, iCloud, notifications, purchases, and exports can be interrupted. The app is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. InnovaLabWorks is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
