Party records and private iCloud. FeteList stores events, venues, budgets, notes, guest and RSVP details, dietary notes, menu items, costs, assignments, shopping checks, tasks, cue times, completion status, and post-party notes on your device. When iCloud is available, Apple can also store and sync these records in the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account. InnovaLabWorks does not operate a server copy of your party records and cannot read your private CloudKit database.
No ads or tracking. FeteList has no advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. InnovaLabWorks does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Support submissions. Nothing is sent to InnovaLabWorks unless you choose Send. The in-app form sends the name you enter, or App user if left blank, your reply email, selected topic, message, app version, build number, bundle ID, device model, iOS version, and locale through Cloudflare to InnovaLabWorks support. The web form sends only the topic, optional name, email, and message you enter. Neither form attaches party records, guest details, menus, tasks, or reminders.
Support processors and retention. A case is normally stored in ClickUp. Recent FeteList app submissions include a random request reference to prevent duplicate cases on retry. Cloudflare temporarily buffers the message before delivery and can retain an unconfirmed message for up to 90 days. A delivery receipt is retained for up to 90 days. Cloudflare and ClickUp act as service providers. InnovaLabWorks uses support information only to reply, troubleshoot, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. It is never sold or used for advertising. Use the support form to ask about or request deletion of a support case.
Local reminders. If you allow notifications and schedule reminders, iOS creates local notifications on that device. Their generic lock-screen text does not include party names, guest names, venues, task titles, or party notes. Reminder schedules are not sent to InnovaLabWorks.
Purchases and exports. Apple processes purchases and subscriptions. FeteList receives product and entitlement status needed to display offers, unlock Pro, and restore purchases, but InnovaLabWorks does not receive your full payment card details. A PDF or CSV is created only when you request an export and choose where to share or save it.
Deletion. Delete All My Data removes local FeteList records immediately and requests deletion from your private CloudKit database. The iCloud request can require a network connection and time to finish syncing across devices. Deleting the app alone may not remove synced iCloud records or Apple's purchase history.
