Agreement. SketchSpark is provided by InnovaLabWorks, 9547-8715 Quebec Inc. By using it, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service. SketchSpark is a private drawing practice journal. You remain responsible for the images and notes you add and for respecting the rights of others.
Free and Pro access. The free version includes the daily prompt, the first 30 library prompts, streak and gallery logging, the local reminder, and a six day preview of each challenge pack. Pro unlocks the complete prompt library, all challenge packs and progress, then and now comparison, and PDF and CSV export.
Purchases. Pro may be offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one time Lifetime purchase. Every option unlocks the same Pro features. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Lifetime does not renew. Restore Purchases reinstates an eligible purchase on devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
Prices. Prices come from the App Store, may vary by country and currency, and may change for future purchases. Apple shows the actual amount before confirmation. A later change does not alter a completed Lifetime purchase. Apple applies its notice and consent rules to subscription price changes.
Introductory offer. A reduced first month may appear only after you choose Skip, only when Apple confirms that the dedicated offer is available and your Apple Account is eligible, and only in supported territories. Eligibility is checked again immediately before purchase. If eligibility changes, nothing is charged and the standard monthly product is not purchased silently. After the first month, the dedicated subscription renews at the standard price Apple shows before confirmation.
Availability. iCloud sync, photo selection, notifications, purchases, and exports depend on Apple services, permissions, storage, and compatible devices. Features may be improved through app updates.
No warranty. The app is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. InnovaLabWorks is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the app.
