Your data stays yours. SketchSpark stores drawings, prompts, notes, streaks, challenge progress, and settings on your device and in your private iCloud database so they can sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. InnovaLabWorks does not operate a server that receives drawing records and cannot read your private iCloud data. There is no SketchSpark account, analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Photos. Apple presents the system photo picker when you add a drawing image. SketchSpark receives only the image you choose and stores it with your private drawing record.
Notifications. If you enable the optional drawing reminder, iOS schedules it on your device. The reminder schedule is not sent to InnovaLabWorks.
Support messages. When you tap Send in the app, the optional name, reply email, topic, message, app version, build, bundle identifier, device model, operating system, and locale shown in the form are sent to InnovaLabWorks so we can reply. The web support form sends only the fields you enter. We use support information only to answer and diagnose the request. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Purchases. Apple processes purchases and subscriptions. We receive purchase entitlement status needed to unlock Pro, but never receive your payment card details.
User initiated files. A PDF or CSV is created only when you request it and choose a destination. Files outside the app are controlled by the destination and sharing options you select.
Backups and deletion. Records may be included in backups controlled by your Apple Account and device settings. Delete individual drawings inside SketchSpark. Deleting the app removes its local data. You can manage private iCloud data through Apple settings.
Retention and contact. Support messages are retained only as needed to answer the request and meet legal obligations. Use the support form for privacy questions.
