Curriq Terms of Service

Using Curriq
Curriq helps you prepare and organize your own resumes, cover letters and applications. You must be at least 16 and entitled to use and share the content you submit. You keep ownership of your content. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, abuse the service or attempt to bypass purchase and security controls.
AI and your review
AI is optional and can make mistakes or invent details. Review every result, translation, date and claim before using or sending a document. Curriq does not guarantee a job, interview, hiring decision, ATS score or acceptance by any recipient. Network access and credits are required for AI. Size and service limits can prevent an operation; the app must report failure rather than silently discard part of your document.
Purchases and credits
Apple displays the actual localized price, billing period and applicable offer before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; it does not itself refund the current period. Manage or restore purchases through the app and Apple account. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights. Existing purchased features and grandfathered credit allowances are preserved. Monthly credits follow the applicable subscription allocation and reset schedule. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
Interrupted requests
The credit cost is shown before an AI action. A definitively failed server request restores the credits reserved for that request. A network timeout does not prove failure: retry the same action to recover the existing request. Encrypted server results are retained for up to 24 hours; received results are also saved locally until delivery is completed. Contact support if a charged result cannot be recovered. Do not repeatedly create different requests to recover an interrupted one.
Your data and availability
Keep copies of documents you need. You control sharing and exports; recipients may keep separate copies. iCloud and online services depend on Apple and other providers and may be unavailable. Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription or erase previously exported copies. Read the Curriq Privacy Policy for AI, support and accounting retention.
License, rights and contact
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These service terms supplement it for Curriq’s online features and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular career outcome.
