Local pool records. ClearPool stores your pool settings, water tests, treatment log, maintenance tasks, and inventory locally in the app. There is no ClearPool account, analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Paired Apple Watch and widgets. If you use the Apple Watch companion, a limited pool status, test-entry state, and care checklist move between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch through Apple system connectivity. Widget status is stored in the app's private shared container on your device. This information is not sent to InnovaLabWorks.
Support requests. When you tap Send, the name, reply email, topic, and message you entered are sent to InnovaLabWorks. Optional diagnostics are off by default. If you turn them on, we also receive the app version, build, device model, operating system version, and language and region shown before submission. We do not send your pool records. We use support information only to answer the request, never for advertising or sale.
User-initiated files. A pool report, CSV file, or backup is created only when you request it and choose a destination. Files outside the app are controlled by the destination and sharing options you select.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Device backups. App data may be included in your normal Apple device backup, controlled by your device and Apple Account settings.
Deleting data. Use Delete All My Data in Settings to remove local pool records and internal recovery copies, or delete the app.
