Local health records. AcheMap stores pain entries, flares, daily context, and settings locally on your device. There is no AcheMap account, advertising, analytics, or tracking. InnovaLabWorks does not collect, transmit, sell, or share these health records.
Support requests. When you tap Send in the app, the name, reply email, topic, and message you entered are sent to InnovaLabWorks with the app version, build, bundle identifier, device type, operating system version, and locale. The web support form sends only the fields you enter. We use support information only to answer and diagnose the request, never for advertising or sale.
Purchases. Apple processes purchases and subscriptions. We receive purchase status needed to unlock Pro, but never receive your payment card details.
User initiated files. A backup, CSV, or PDF is created only when you request it and choose a destination. Files outside the app are controlled by the destination and sharing options you select.
Device backups. App data may be included in your normal Apple device backup, controlled by your device and Apple Account settings.
Deletion and retention. Delete individual records inside AcheMap, or delete the app to remove its local database. Support messages are retained only as needed to answer the request and meet legal obligations.
